Tickets can be booked ONLINE, by PHONE, or IN PERSON
| BOOKING FEES: A booking fee of €1 per ticket applies for all tickets purchased in person, by phone or online (to a maximum of €10). |

ONLINE
Online booking on www.thehelix.ie are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Just simply click here to view a full list of events that are available to book. Online booking will allocate you the best available seats in your chosen price category.

We accept Visa and Mastercard online.

Ticket Collection
Please allow 15 minutes before the performance begins to collect your ticket and take your seat. Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance. In the event of lateness, admission cannot always be guaranteed.

Our Call Centre is open for advance bookings by phone from 10am until 6pm Monday to Friday.

Ticket Collection
If there is enough time, we will normally post out the tickets to you in advance of the performance. Otherwise, we will leave them at the Box Office for collection prior to the performance. If this is the case, please allow 15 minutes before the performance begins to collect your ticket and take your seat. Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance. In the event of lateness, admission cannot always be guaranteed.
Reservations
Tickets may also be reserved for collection for up to three days, or until the day prior to the performance, whichever is the sooner.

Timetable
Summer Times: Advance in person bookings can be facilitated at the Box Office from Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm (except from 1-2pm), and from 2 hours prior to performances when there is a Saturday or Sunday performance.
In person bookings will be closed from the 7th July and will re-open at the end of August. During July and August, tickets can be purchased through our Call Centre 01 700 7000 or booked online through our website

The tickets will be printed out in the Box Office and given to you.
